All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and that you are the sole authorized user of. jl599 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply processing fees independent of jl599. Check your e-wallet or bank's terms for details.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the jl599 Account holder. jl599 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment channels, or cryptocurrency wallets.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed under normal circumstances within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving bank. During peak periods or following promotional events, processing times may be extended.
jl599 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Documents may include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of verification.

All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback awards, and VIP loyalty rewards offered by jl599 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Bonus Funds credited to a jl599 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. jl599 may suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl599 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory concern, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
During suspension, all access to Account features — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — is disabled. jl599 will investigate the grounds for suspension and notify the Player of the outcome and any required action within a reasonable timeframe.
jl599 may permanently close an Account where it determines that a Player has materially breached these Terms. Upon termination for cause, jl599 reserves the right to retain all Account balances, including any winnings, in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policies.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jl599 support. Any remaining Account Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and jl599, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jl599's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal dispute by contacting support at the contact details below, providing full details of the complaint and all supporting evidence. jl599 will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under the PAGCOR licensing framework. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from exercising any statutory rights available under Philippine consumer protection law.
